Choreographed and staged the performances at three Moscow subway stations:
"ghost orchestra" / Voykovskaya station
"ballerinas in waiting" / Theater station
"station of strange walks" / International station
The author and director of the whole project is the chief dramaturg of the Meyerhold Center Sasha Denisova, choreographer Olga Tsvetkova, Visual artist - Yasha Kazhdan.
“The theater has always had a desire to go beyond its own genre, - says Meyerhold theater center artistic director Elena Kovalskaya, - beyond its own walls. And today it is looking for a new audience and new alternative venues to expand its horizons and communicate to a wide audience". Metro stations for two hours become theatrical stages: passengers meet an opera diva, an orchestra of ghosts, Othello with Desdemona, three sisters looking for their way to Moscow at one of the metro stations and even Fantomas.
The action "Literature and Theater" is the fourth block of the city project "Hello, Moscow!", which for 10 months turns usual trips on public transport into a journey through the territory of art and culture.
