During the pandemic, the choreographer (Olga Tsvetkova) and the photographer (Ekaterina Malygina) unite in an artistic union and move to the Gulf of Finland. The union was driven by the need to continue inspiring people trapped within four walls.
Our artistic collaboration began with ordinary walks, which gradually turned into a hunt for the choreography of the world around us. We began to see nature as the only stage at that time. Using our heightened sensitivity, the camera on our phones and our naked bodies, we wanted to focus the viewer's attention on the dance of everyday reality around us.
One of the film sketches "Dancing Reality" shot by a creative duo on a regular phone won a competition organized by
The Union House in Vancouver. The competition was between different works of art created by artists specifically during the pandemic.
The creative duo “Angels of NEVA” also took over the urban space in Petersburg, instantly making it into all the news bulletins in the city.
